GYM SRQ has been so beneficial
The biggest goal so far has been the dedication to a goal and seeing results. and not just being a one month fling. My next goal in this will be to drop some weight through lifting and cardio.
If there is anything I would say is that what I thought would be tough.. has been tough but when you see results and have someone there to push you it makes it so much easier.
