Personal Training sessions are offered as private 55-minute sessions and/or 25-minute Express sessions.
Body Composition Tracking
Utilizing innovative and differentiating technology, GYM SRQ provides 3D body scanning to get the most accurate and nonobjective results. Each member can measure their progress from the start with consistent scans over time, regardless of water consumption, time of day, and other variables.

Sports Specific Training
Our personal trainers create programs based on the bio-mechanics of a specific sport into client training to enhance athletic performance. Whether it’s Golf, Football, Baseball, Soccer, Tennis, Rowing, Basketball, or Combat Sports…we can help. GYM SRQ is the place for athletes wanting to improve: Speed and Agility, Power and Strength Endurance, Flexibility and Mobility, Mental Preparedness, Recovery/Regeneration Techniques and Strategies, Nutrition, Pre-Habilitation, and Injury Risk Reduction.
Figure / Fitness / Bodybuilding Show Prep
Our personal trainers are experienced in the bikini, figure, bodyfitness, physique and bodybuilding categories for first timers and experienced competitors. They will provide guidance and resources for every step of competition prep to get you stage ready, always keeping your safety and health the top priority. Choose any combination or all services including: Personal Training, Training Programs, Pre-contest Diet Consultation and Planning, Meal Prep and Delivery, Posing, and Physique Assessments.
Race / Obstacle Course Training
Whether you want to run a mile or a marathon, we can help you. We can also train you for Tough Mudders, Spartan Racers, and other Obstacle Course Events.
Facilitated / Assisted Stretching
GYM SRQ offers a complimentary 55-minute session, complete with assessment, for your first stretching session. All stretching sessions are by made by appointment only. Some of our preferred stretching techniques are: Static Stretching, Active Stretching, Assisted Stretching, PNF Stretching, Isometric Stretching, Dynamic Stretching, Active Isolated Stretching, Resistance and Loaded Stretching. Benefits of stretching include: Improved Circulation, Injury Prevention, Improved Posture, Stress Relief, Enhanced Mobility, Minimized Aches and Pains, and Muscular Imbalances.
Corrective & Post Rehabilitation Exercise
Corrective Exercise Training is basically injury prevention. If you have completed physical therapy and would like to achieve the next level of strength, health, and fitness, our Post Rehabilitation Program is for you. Post Rehabilitation Personal Training is available at GYM SRQ without a medical referral. Our Training Specialists place an emphasis on topics to avoid injuries including, but not limited to: Advanced Stabilization, Balance, Flexibility, Coordinated, Movement Patterns, Gait Training, Progressive Resistance, Conditioning, Diabetes, Hypertension, Obesity, Neuromuscular Disorders, Back Pain, Hip Injuries, Knee Injuries, Shoulder Injuries, and Chronic Deep Tissue Pain.
