Basic Stretching with Max
30-minute stretch class. Warm up before a workout or cooldown after. Improve flexibility, alleviate pain, and learn the basics to apply on your own!

Basic Strength Class
60-minute session. Basic strength training exercises with guidance. Learn proper form, exercise selections and injury prevention.
Mondays: Lower Body | Wednesday: Core | Fridays/Saturday: Upper Body
This 6 week challenge is an all encompassing kick start your fitness journey with us! Gain mental and physical strength with the guidance you want within 6 minutes up to 3 times a week!

Customized Small Group Training
Customized training sessions are for those who are recovering from injuries or have a specific goal in mind (sports specific or goal oriented). Routines are designed for each client based on their individual abilities.

The biggest goal so far has been the dedication to a goal and seeing results. and not just being a one month fling. My next goal in this will be to drop some weight through lifting and cardio.
If there is anything I would say is that what I thought would be tough.. has been tough but when you see results and have someone there to push you it makes it so much easier.
